For a long time I stalked the Type XX but could not bring myself to pull the trigger. Perhaps because I own a Breitling Cosmonaut and admit that the dial is too busy. Half the time it’s difficult to read the time on both the Breitling and the Type xx. One

So the tradition uses screws, and it seems super easy to slip and scratch lugs. Any tips for doing this without being the first ape to put a scratch on a nice watch? lol

in place Vendôme no less! I was positively impressed with the new XX. We know it is not perfect but lots of positives in my eyes: dial, case shape, dial colour, superb anti reflective treatment, movement ... Charming and knowledgeable team too!
